Terms & Conditions

Company provides contracting and installation services, including specialty trade work and equipment installation. Details and specifications of any work or service will be outlined in a separate service agreement, quote, or work order.

Users agree to access and use the Site for lawful purposes. Unauthorized use of the Site, including hacking, reverse engineering, or data mining, is prohibited.

For any contracted service, payment terms are outlined in individual agreements, quotes, or invoices. All payments are due per the agreed-upon schedule, and any delayed or bounced payments may incur additional fees or legal action.

Deposits paid toward services are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the service agreement. Refunds will only be issued as outlined in the specific contract terms.

Company offers a limited one-year warranty on parts and labor for equipment directly provided and installed by Company. This warranty does not apply if the equipment is tampered with, modified, or serviced by an unauthorized party. The warranty excludes damage caused by weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseeable events.

Company is not liable for any existing issues on the Client’s property, including electrical or structural problems not identified before the work commencement. Company will provide quotes for any repairs if within our service scope.

To the extent permitted by law, Company disclaims all liability for damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use this Site or services, including incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

Customers have 14 days from the completion of service to inspect and report any defects or issues. After this period, any repairs will be subject to additional charges.

Customers are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage on any equipment installed until payment is complete. Any loss or damage during this period will be the Customer’s responsibility.

All content, logos, and trademarks on this Site are the property of Company. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Any private information exchanged as part of a service agreement is confidential and will not be disclosed except as required by law.

Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site or services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in Texas courts.

In case of disputes arising from these Terms or related services, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation before pursuing legal action.
